Refund policy

We are finishing our full refund policy. Until it is published here, write to our billing team about any payment and we will sort it out.

What already holds

  • Every price includes 5% VAT, and you get a VAT receipt for each payment.
  • You can cancel any time. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade; anything over the Free limits becomes read-only for 7 days so you can download it, then it is deleted.
  • This covers your Chobi subscription only. Your clients pay you directly, so their payments are between you and them.
